Using An Original 2008 Macbook Air in 2018!

Today we’re using the original 13.3″ 2008 Macbook Air. It’s hard to believe that it was released over 10 years ago. Let’s see what it’s still capable of in 2018 😉

  2. I am a 10 year old trying to fix a 2008 MacBook Air it’s problem no Mac OS and it has 3 beeps I try to fix it lel

  3. you can't use or upgrade safari, you can't instal mozilla firefox, you can basically only use chrome, which is the wors and the fan won't stop if you open a couple of tabs in chrome. it is super loud. there are way too many limitations, but you can still install windows on this laptop and it will be just fine

  4. You can also install Windows 10 on it! I've seen a video of someone installing Windows 10 on Core Duo MacBook, so I think Core 2 Duo model should work fine with Windows 10!

  5. I have one, paid 60 bucks from my cousin for it. It’s decent but it’s annoying that it can’t be updated or get later versions of apps for it. Other than that, it’s pretty decent, the only thing I did to it was replace the battery and bought a better charger

  6. Just bought one for me at a cheeeeeeeeeap price, and changed the old and tired 3800 rpm HD to a PATA KingSpec SSD. I know that the IDE Pata interface is slow, but the 3800 ROM original HD is even slower! At least, with the SSD, I can push the PATA IDE interface to the limit! By the way, the Original MacBook Air is sooooooo beautiful.
